Natalie Firth fell into recruitment in my early 20’s, as a backpacker living in Northern England and the rest as they say, is history. She was immediately drawn to the fast-paced nature of agency life and intrigued by the connection hiring great talent makes to bringing an organisational strategy to life. Since then, Natalie has worked for small and large recruitment agencies, set-up and scaled talent and people functions internally and founded, led and sold a consulting business.
