This experience extends across recruitment, benefits, well-being, employee relations, payroll and learning and development.

More recently, she has specialised within recruitment on a global scale, in complex matrix style organisations across a range of industries including; retail, not for profit, telecommunications, finance, education as well as transport and logistics. This experience has allowed Simone to develop a strong knowledge of how key business drivers in each of these industries can impact people deliverables.
