Joel has been a member of the Field since its inception in 2021. Through his lived experience of disability as a person with quadriplegia, he has provided critical knowledge and insight to inspire the unique features of 'the Field'. J

Joel served in the ADF for five years and has a recruitment & business development background. Now in Account Management, he grows and strengthens business relationships to ensure the Field has a wide representation of meaningful employment opportunities.
