With many changes reshaping the makeup of the workforce, demands for emerging skills creating talent shortages, and new technologies and non-traditional work models are becoming popular, do our teams have the capability to deliver? We need to evolve our talent strategies.  The future is more than a transactional recruitment.

What skills do we need to develop the capability to future-proof the TA and TM functions?  Given that TA is not a 'degree' but a small part of the overall HR degree, do we need to look at how we certify and train for the role?
