Since Angella returned to Australia in January and immersed herself in the Talent community she's noticed two clear themes emerging from the crowd: people’s desire - and struggle - to be heard by their leadership and managing the noise and ambiguity from the market to deliver great work on areas within your control.

In this workshop we’ll have both topics on the table and bring them together with stories, experiences and tips for you to take away and apply right away.

We want to start by building you an arsenal of better questions so you feel confident in having conversations that get your leaders’ attention. Then we want to help you do great work by looking at what’s in your control.
